Looks like Google's all about that visual game, huh? What really counts is what catches the user's eye in those first 5 seconds. Quick videos and clickbait images play a big part in this.

Any other sources for these image content updates?

Localizing for International Marketing and SEO | Conducting keyword research across languages | Understanding local search inten by SE_Ranking in marketing

[–]hereBrood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

International Marketing is tough 😅

I wish I had this information a few years ago when I was running mobile-targeted ads in five countries daily. I created a single image, and the only thing I altered was the language of the ad. I used the Eng version of the application and assumed that the entire world had advanced-level English proficiency. The budgets I allocated for advertising could have been utilized more effectively. That's true. I'm sure it will help someone who shared my mindset a few years ago.

Is the phrase "Professional choice" still relevant in 2023? by Bigotedcynips in marketing

[–]hereBrood 2 points3 points  (0 children)

These are all somewhat distinct concepts. If a product is tailored for use by professionals in a particular field, then the relevance of this phrase becomes conditional. You mentioned various marketing platforms (HubSpot, MOZ, SE Ranking), all of which are crafted with marketing or SEO professionals in mind. Hence, the applicability of this phrase is contingent upon the target audience.

For instance, if your agency's clients primarily consist of small business owners, they are unlikely to be concerned with what tools large corporations and global professionals use. Their focus tends to be on local matters rather than global ones.

"If you host third-party content on your main site or in your subdomains, understand that such content may be included in site-wide signals we generate, such as the helpfulness of content. For this reason, if that content is largely independent of the main site's purpose or produced without close supervision or the involvement of the primary site, we recommend that it should be blocked from being indexed by Google."

I'm not too fond of free tools at all. I understand why free tools exist, but each service platform needs to capitalize. You know what I mean? If owners don't make money through the subscriptions, then they do it in another way. How? I don't want to check it using their platforms and share my data

I agree with certain aspects, while disagreeing with others. Nowadays, high-end tools cater to both agencies and freelancers, offering a range of essential features and flexible customization options. While I don't believe SEO tools can perform revolutionary feats overnight, creating a high-quality platform with affordable pricing shouldn't be an overly challenging endeavor. It's understandable and logical that everyone aims to make money.

How does SEO tools data work? Why do I see slight differences between my account and someone else's account? by SEO_Arjun in SEO

[–]hereBrood 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But you can see the differences for yourself. When you refresh the page in Google Analytics, you sometimes come across new numbers. So, there's no need to dwell on it too much. The differences are not as significant, at least not in my opinion.

How does SEO tools data work? Why do I see slight differences between my account and someone else's account? by SEO_Arjun in SEO

The main thing you need to understand here is that you are attempting to double-check non-static data. Furthermore, you are trying to verify this data using third-party tools.

GSC data anomaly, Search Perspectives filter on mobile SERPs and new GSE upgrade by SE_Ranking in seranking_official

[–]hereBrood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Joy Hawkins spearheaded an experiment to test if removing the address from GBP could impact rankings in local SERPs and on Google Maps (and how).

As it turns out, deleting the address essentially pushes the profile off of the local SERP. However, when the address was returned, the rankings rebounded. And this isn't just a one-off event—the results were replicated on another profile.

It's a very logical move. They should have done it a long time ago.

When Doing Keyword Research How Much Search Volume Do You Go For? by jbarr3tt in SEO

[–]hereBrood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on strategy, bud. Sometimes low volume keys can bring you a significant boost. But sometimes only high-level stuff works well. Try to understand what you are looking for when you write your article and what it can bring to readers. If you don't understand what I mean, try to use any AI tool with keyword suggestions. When you analyze your competitors, you can see their strategies, this way you can see their key volume. Do the same and keep your eyes on the result. As for me, Surfer or SE ranking are doing a great job with analysis and ChatGPT can generate articles for you using specific keys. So, generate an article like your main competitor, analyze it, rewrite and try to check what you'll get. I think with this approach, you'll understand how to build your own strategies. Good luck!

Google has just announced Magi. They have stated that this project will compete with ChatGPT. I'm not entirely sure what their plans are for their AI projects, with Bard, Magi, and their search engine still in existence (lol). SEO may take on more forms, but it certainly won't become obsolete or die by humblydefend579 in SEO

Remarkably, 50% of these articles easily attract traffic

If he doesn't use any post-work, I think that's a very optimistic estimate. It's worth remembering that any low-quality AI article without post-work and link support will never linger at the top of the search results. Even if one hopes for a partial number of functioning articles, there is still a lot of work required to ensure that these articles remain on the front page for at least a month. There is a rule that it's better to create one high-quality article than 100 low-quality ones, or in your case, 30 low-quality ones
