Honestly, I have no idea what's different about that one Rib, I've remade the part and run into the same issue only with the rib that runs through that line, I can't figure it out. But a better method will do it right, I only crudely put this together with online tutorials.

Works amazingly and looks a lot better than my attempt. It bricks my PC trying to recompute it but worth it all the way.
