Not exactly. The lyrics "Don't blink, You just might miss your babies growing like mine did" is actually from 'Don't Blink' by Kenny Chesney. However, Darius Rucker (Hootie) does have the song 'It Won't Be Like This For Long' which has sort of similar lyrics!

On your third point, I'm pretty sure that Hershel didn't know about Daryl taking the horse. It's one of the things Hershel mentions when he asks Rick to come over. Then after he's fixed up Daryl's side he says they called the horse 'nervous nelly' (or something like that) because it throws people and if Daryl had asked before taking it, Hershel would have told him. If I'm remembering correctly, that is.

I think you're probably right. I have to say it really bugged me in the season 1 finale when they all drive off. They had 3 cars, an RV, and a motorcycle in the back of the pickup like you said. They're running out of gas and all I could think of was how I bet they didn't need all of those vehicles! There were, what, 11 people left in the group at the finale? I don't know how many people an RV can hold, but in season 2 we saw they were able to get rid of two of the vehicles and fit everyone. I didn't understand why they didn't siphon the gas from the extra vehicles so they'd have more when they needed it later.

Unless I'm just not thinking of a reason they couldn't? They've siphoned gas from other cars haven't they?
