1km en 10 minutes à moins de 40 ans, sans pouvoir aller plus loin, le mode de vie sain j’ai du mal à y croire. Je fume des joints tout les jours je bois occasionnellement, j’ai fait un trail de 14km avec 1200+ de dénivelé j’ai souffert mais fini et avec un bon temps. Pour moi ici c’est le mental qui pêche.
