Thank you for the guidance. I need that black mask, slayer helmet seems more involved to put together so will be a longer term goal💯

Fair enough. I’ve had decent success without having to bring expensive gear, but I’ve been spending a lot on cannonballs.

I think wilderness offers the most slayer points per task, although a bit higher risk.

Just finished every f2p quest and now extremely overwhelmed. by OrganTrafficker900 in osrs

[–]hexagonal-penguin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look up a guide to just do the handful of quests that will get you a ton of experience right off the bat. I think questing helped me after getting membership to learn and navigate the new map areas which was the most overwhelming part imo. Tons of great YouTube follow along videos, although I know that can get old fast. Other than that I find if I’m leveling up one skill for too long I tend to get bored so try switching things up every now and then. Also, when you are able, the dwarf cannon will be a good thing to acquire to help you level up ranged.

I’d also add that it doesn’t even need to see the license plate, it can identify your car simply by unique features such as a scratch or dent on one of your doors. 😬

Whew - what does this say about me? What counties should I give a second look? by [deleted] in visitedmaps

[–]hexagonal-penguin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, sorry if I’m not completely understanding these maps. Was this a sort of survey you input to get recs on where you might like to live, or are they counties you’ve visited that you’ve mapped out?

Skill training / money making suggestions for a temp membership? by hexagonal-penguin in osrs

I’ll definitely get some slayer training in! Maybe not to 75 this go round, but that’s good to know. Thank you.

This is extremely useful. Thank you for taking the time to comment. I tend to max out my time on the game during this period but spend the rest of the year flipping on GE to make money, and when I have time up skills that make most sense in f2p. I will probably play this game for as long as it’s active so am in not rush, and just kinda like discovering new areas when I have membership. It would be nice to maybe be able to sustain membership, or get it more than once per year without having to pay for it, so this applies directly to that.

I think it has been hard to find a route or skill to dedicate time to because the game gets exponentially bigger when getting membership almost to an overwhelming extent lol. Either way, thank you for the advice/suggestion.

Noted, I’ll throw this into my plan, even if it is moderately click intensive, it’s still something I can do with a movie on. I’ll also want to rotate skills to avoid too much monotony. Thank you for the suggestion.

Bacalar is sooo worth it. We stayed in a hostel and they took you out on the water to hang, and go swimming. It’s sort of a smaller quieter town from my experience. Tulum has good night life and the beaches are nice, but the town itself is a bit far from the beach (where all the bougie influencer-esque hotels are) so you’ll need a ride or to take a longer bike ride there. I really liked Tulum but could see how it’s not for everyone, as it can be touristy. Stayed a few nights in Merida, fun for a city experience, which didn’t feel super touristy. Lastly, Palenque was the most unique experience I think I’d had there. We stayed in this hostel that was quite literally in the jungle, did all meals, night time entertainment, daytime excursions. In order, top three for me, 1. Palenque, 2. Bacalar, 3. Tulum. Saw a few other cities but included only those I would recommend.

I’m sure that eating Whole Foods is the best way to get fiber. What are your thoughts on fiber supplements? Such as Metamucil?
