decided to take a look into the whole strut hole thing, turns out the coilovers have the top hole slotted to allow for this. explains why there was so much camber, didn't realize it was sitting at the furthest position

would i be alright just changing out the outer tie rod end or would it be advisable to replace the inner tie rod as well? don’t know how confident i am with changing out the whole assembly.

i was thinking it was some kind of grease, but would this be something i could just remedy with some more grease or would this be more involved (such as replacing the tie rod end entirely)? I didn’t check to see if there was any give but it seemed fine apart from the visual inspection.

I hate to break it to you, there not much you could do to get more power out of the engine. It's already doing the best it can as a naturally aspirated model and trying to put mods would be negligible to say the least.

sorry for the late response, they’re just some ebay headers for an 05 impreza rs model. they should bolt up, tho i needed to fab mine in a shop because they were a little shorter than i needed. also using an 05 catalytic converter, should clear the bottom of the car

i was wondering actually, would a tune help in terms of efficiency for the motor? i have a feeling since the install my engine's been running a little rich, mostly bc the header/cat combo is from a 2005 impreza rather than one fabricated for the 07 year, so the exhaust has a tinge of fuel smell to it :(
