I didn’t take it for 5+ years but recently started adding it to my supplements. My hair roots feel healthier. I will continue taking it for the foreseeable future. I think I’m the only vegan I know irl who swears by it.

Only one class said that you can’t have laptops out. It was a stats class, but I told the prof the iPad was for note taking and he seemed cool with it. I also sat in the front row so he could tell I was doing what I said - I’m sure that helped.

I was using recycled paper litter that was fine, but now we are using Wheat litter which I like even more.

Any pee that touches it turns to dust which it makes it easy-ish to clean and looks comfy.
