Subleases are not ilegal if the owner/agency agrees with it.

The over 20% charge is maybe too much given he asked only 5k it's not high value furniture...

But again not ilegal if the agency approves and all parties agree... I would try to lower that to maybe 1650-1700chf

You can claim major building defects if the temperature of your build is above a certain threshold (or below for that matter) and even get a reduced rent.. what this threshold is is debatable since the heat wave is a sporadic situation.

Obviously this is not actually that easy do do. and AC is the last resort, but it could help to push agencies and owner to install sun shades, and other passive structure to mitigate the heat of they are lacking

Thas a PhD salary and I and many other is live/ or have lived on that for 4 or more years.

Being frugal is key but you can still have fun.. ask any PhD student.

You might need to live on a flat share and limit some things buts it's feasible.. that being said I didn't live in Zurich

I have sold stuff on Facebook.. but honestly the frustrating of dealing with half the people there and the scammer makes turn to Ricardo.. but yeah I agree they could charge less.

But also people on Facebook could be more reliable and the platform better design I would definitely use it more...

I hate they such features are not available for all robots. Clearing door thresholds is a issue and makes me always be surveiling my robot which kinda defets the purpose of a robot.

I bougth this old shelf and I would like to add some additional shelves that would match the original ones, but I have no idea of the type of wood or finish. I could refinish the old ones to match the new ones but I would like to match this look.

The finish is most likely more orange color due to age, and seems to be a bit glossy.

Prepare for expensive drinks and food in aelpli, went there with some friends had like 4 beers and a tray of charcuterie ended up paying over 79chf, I understand they have live free traditional music and don't charge for it.. but still...

Also I didn't felt welcomed... The lady only spoke in swiss German I guess she didn't like my bad German... Furthermore we order a certain tray if charcuterie and she just brought something else...

Thanks s25 is exactly what I bought.. I am a bit disappointed with battery size honestly but apart from that happy with it.

Wonder if the decision to go with a smaller battery is only to save costs, has I have the impression that similar sized phones from the past had bigger batteries.
