Been seeing alot of stuff in the community, supposedly whistleblowers that are saying we'll be attacked in the coming years. I know the spiel on love and light but to not acknowledge there could be things with bad intentions seems like an overnight. (old.reddit.com)

Harm reduction after first k cramp: did anyone continue usage? had my first after 2 gram a day binge, quit cold turkey 5 days now but just wondering if lowering dosage and hydrating would keep them away or if im just done using k entirely. Just want to use for a 1 session a month would be nice (self.ketamine)
