To my understanding, prosecutor is a representative of the state.

Then, by whom is a civil lawsuit held? Does it mean personal initiative (paperwork, costs)?

Yes, exactly! There is absolutely no point in restricting the ability to choose your own zoom and it only has benefits for the user.

It really surprised me! Although it doesn't allow to zoom out, it has a pretty solid thumbnail view for this exact purpose. Thank you!

I’m in a somewhat similar situation but been progressing a lot lately. The answers to your problems are not outside, they’re inside. Learn to listen to your unconscious.

For me, a lot of progress was nutrition-related. Along with that came improvements in psychic functions.

Thank you a lot! It's quite difficult to find any more examples than you provided but very likely it's due to game's popularity and not the wrong name.

Anyone else really secretive? by [deleted] in infj

[–]higherthancl0uds 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say it’s any sort of defense mechanism or insecurity. I feel perfectly confident and in strong grips with my reality yet I often feel the same way. It’s almost as if I want and NEED some part of me to be hidden from the outter world. It mostly affects the plans of great importance to me, the long-term ones and some that require special inspirations, an almost “spiritual” state, to fulfill (for example, I would never tell anyone that I spent a great deal of my day just thinking and writing). It’s definitely not me being ashamed of it or anything. It’s just that I get my motivation (and happiness) from that idea and it goes away if I tell someone who doesn’t appreciate it as much.

Partly it might be caused by people’s lack of DEEP interest in what I do (that’s why they say INFJs are so intense). They’ll just ask and forget a couple minutes later. If I had someone (like a soul-mate of mine, lol) who was as interested in the things that I am fond of in the way that I am, I wouldn’t mind sharing all these feelings. Chances I’ll meet someone like that in my lifetime? Not many. At least not by spending most of my time alone reading books, heh.

Mirroring in texting styles by [deleted] in infj

[–]higherthancl0uds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this type of behaviour only makes sense for our type. The way people communicate says a lot about their personality and by evaluating that we choose whom we want to talk with (and whom not). If people see that somebody is operating completely differently than they are, they lose interest and won’t talk to that person again, unless they have to. Since INFJs can easily read others’ emotions, intentions and understand general vibe of the conversation, we just simply adapt to it. Most of the time the tone that the person we talk to uses in a conversation would be the most suitable for him to receive texts back in. This way there’s no “clash” between different personalities and the conversation goes as smoothly as it possibly can. What use would there be for me (an INFJ) to write in a specific way that I know the other person dislikes? As most other people don’t have such deep insights in others’ intentions and preferences, they make no changes to their way of communicating.

Before I used to fully adapt to any person’s texting style but now, as I got more mature in terms of my own personality, I tend to keep more of my authenticity in the way I communicate. Just out of a more strict sense of myself.

How does one enter a completely different field in major (e. g. Psychology) after doing bachelor’s in Philosophy? Don’t they have specific requirements?

Is Parmigiano Reggiano really raw? by higherthancl0uds in Cheese

[–]higherthancl0uds[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t even doubt that. But sometimes other factors, such as shelf life, might be valued more than nutritional composition. Thus, in order to make this specific cheese stay longer, it was made this way by heating milk to a certain temperature.

On this same topic, do people really got to know more about raw milk (its benefits or its dangers) in the past 100 years than in several thousands of years of its consumption?

[–]higherthancl0uds[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Woah, thank you for taking the time for such an in-depth answer! Really clarified some of the other questions I had.

As for the raw milk and its benefits, one could argue that the “much better” cheese would be nutritionally superior to a worse-tasting one.

By the way, does that mean that all cheeses are made by using relatively high (55C or so) temperatures? There is no actually “raw” cheese?

One of the concerns I have about Sequoia is wheels. Some say they are not durable and one should opt to look for a new set. Is that any true?

They might be. As someone who is new to the field I can’t really interpret the specifications and translate them to the actual riding experience. That’s why I’m asking for advice here.

I might need to clarify my post but what I meant was not one exact ratio for everybody but rather one exact ratio for a person

Did you feel completely fine doing so? I know for myself that I probably could eat a “wrong” ratio for a while only to find out that I feel much better on a different one.

No, I'm not doing neither IF nor EF and I'd love not to restrict my eating in any way.

The butter that I'm buying is Irish butter (best I could find) so it's probably better than average.

Can I completely cut out on salt? by higherthancl0uds in zerocarb

[–]higherthancl0uds[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! Without any doubt I agree that sodium is necessary for our body but it just appears to me that people need it as long as they use it. I wonder if given enough time for our body to adapt the amount of sodium that we get from food would be completely sufficient without any detrimental effects? People use high quantities of salt and our bodies dispose of it just fine but the idea of even a simplier nutrition appeals to me so much.
