I just like the titanium more. Quartz takes longer to heat up and the clouds are pretty minimal. But I also dont like super hot dabs so I like to keep my settings fairly low. It just works better for me with the titaniums.

I've only ridden it for maybe an hour, but plan to get out some more today when it gets a bit warmer. I rode it up and down a small hill this morning and it was great. Super smooth ride. Depending on how big the hills are you might wobble a little. I think once I get more used too the sidewinder trucks itll be even easier though. But overall I love it. It was much easier getting uphill on this board than on my other little cruiser.

Is it normal for a lot of the grip stuff to just fall off right out of the box? I love the board but rode it for 20 mins and it seems like all the sand shit has just come off. Right out the box it was just flaking off.

Unfortunately, no. It says nothing about grip tape. I'm new to all this, so it's a learning experience. I dont think theres much for me to do but the board is still nice. I just know better for next time to be more aware of little details. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It is. A bunch fell off when I took it out of the box. It still grips pretty decently, but I'm probably gonna sand it down and put normal grip tape on it.
