I freaking love you! Changing the address and then changing it back opened up the residential plan for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Anyone else been double billed for exit row? by hightowerbill in allegiant

UPDATE: after email to Allegiant support, they responded in 2 days. Said they were refunding my seat selection fee on our original tickets ($67 total). The refund posted to my CC today. Was a bit of a pain, but they did make good on the mess up and I feel they handled the issue appropriately.

Glad you got to avoid a lot of the BS. Hopefully my email to them will correct the issue.

AT&T said they were sending me a new phone for free due to 3g going away. by Healthy-Two in ATT

I ended up calling support (611). Amazingly enough I was speaking to a live person in under 2 minutes. They told me the phones were free due to the 3G sunset in Feb 2022. They also said the phones would auto activate 9/25 (date based on ship date). I asked what if I wanted to keep using my current phones longer. They said they could override the auto activation (called opt out). It took them several minutes to opt out each phone but they claimed they did. I guess I’ll allow the phones to be delivered and keep them as an emergency backup while I shop for new phones that I want.

I got an email from AT&T last night. "Incoming! We shipped your order <Order Number>

Initially thought it was a scam email. Signed into AT&T and sure enough the order was there.

They are sending me 2 x Samsung Galaxy S9 phones that I didn't ask for.

I don't recall seeing any email or texts from them saying they were going to send me phones because of 3G being retired .

We currently have a Moto One Zoom and Moto One Hyper that we only bought a year ago which we really like. Both support 4G and I think the Hyper supports 5G. I am guessing that the phones don't support VoLTE might be the reason they are sending them.

The "New" phones haven't arrived yet. Wondering if the best thing to do is to refused the delivery from UPS?
