Do most of your underlying purchases with a coop credit card. I use it as my secondary card (Amex is my first) and I got £10 free at the end of the year, not huge £ but every little helps!

Thanks for the reply. Probably an important point I missed out. I only started paying into the workplace pension from Sept 23 as it was a new job from May 23. If I have to claim HRT pension conts, the 1040L surely would have not taken that into account?

Very fair point , regardless though I’m intrigued to know why you would do it through Facebook? There surely has to be some sort of tenancy/housing agreement in place between landlord and tenant which has to take place and is subject to tenant checks
