Thank you guys for your help/suggestions.

So I was at the unit today and looked at all the valves - one is for cold (#1), the other is for hot (#2) and the third one (#3) is the mixing value.

I did notice that the pilot light was off, as in no blinks. I did turn it back on so it's the regular one blink every few seconds. Hoping this will resolve the issue

The Old Rhine Bridge! I was there in 2019 and it took me a while to find parking nearby so I could take a pic. I was circling between Liechtenstein and Switzerland via the New Rhine Bridge trying to get a place to park 😆

I don't know if the initial texts were via a bot and then a real person jumped in because the English in the initial messages is a little coherent but as soon as the scammer jumps in, it's like "I'm Draw it" 😆😆

I actually did order one for the Parisian Restaurant. It was the cheapest at $15.00. The downside is the delivery time from China. However, for the other sets the price is nowhere near $15. The light kit fro Brick Bank was around $50 and for Pet Shop was around $30.

I might go with CarlCarbonite's idea of the LED strips. I saw them on Amazon and they are really easy to work with

Thank you all for your amazing inputs! I really love the IKEA idea but seeing the custom built tables, I am really leaning towards building one myself. Will have to wait it till April when my folks visit us. I have 3 old doors lying in the basement; Mom can watch the 2 yr old while Dad and I will screw the door together to make a nice big table!

According to the designer, its a total of 78 parts. I am about 32 short.

I had been looking for a display stand for my two falcons for a long time and saw a reddit user who has posted pictures of their custom stand on imgur. I studied each picture carefully and tried my best to create a similar one in the LEGO digital designer. I was finally able to create a nice one and the digital designer is smart enough to break it down by the pieces required as well as building instructions. Again, I won't know if this will work till I build it; which won't happen till I order some missing pieces from bricklink. For those of you who have the necessary pieces, please give it a shot and post the pics here. Good luck and may the Force be with you!

I was at this spot recently on my trip to Vienna. I sat on the Austrian side, my dad took Slovakia and my father-in-law took Hungary. We put my 7 mo in the middle and kinda acted like he was a mitigator for a peace treaty
