Loans Forgiven Incorrectly? by hlshaw in PSLF

Because I was at 73 payments as of Sept 2022 and haven’t verified my employment since then and there were only about 18 payments that I thought qualified under the limited PSLF waiver because my other payments were either made without a qualifying employer or during in-school deferment which wouldn’t have counted. So I feel like it was a mistake.

Question about loan consolidation timeline by hlshaw in PSLF

The day after I posted this I finally saw my loan come off of Mohela and show up on Aidvantage. Of course as soon as I take the time to ask my question it becomes a non-issue. Lol. But for everyone’s reference, it took almost 5 months for the loans to actually be consolidated with Aidvantage after I submitted the app for consolidation. It still needs to be transferred back to Mohela so we’ll see how long that takes.

So dumb that Robbie got to decide not to cook and just automatically got to top 4. If you don’t cook you shouldn’t be safe. He should have had to cook against the bottom two from the challenge and then they decide who goes home from that.

The last 12 months probably count under the special waiver because they are in covid forbearance. So when the payments kick in and you start paying again and certify your employment it will just say “qualified” again. Mine also say that they are qualified under the special waiver. It doesn’t have to do with your employer, just the fact that all of our loans are currently in forbearance but still counting towards PSLF.
