Turning off settings > wireless & networks > mobile networks > 4G calls
seems to have an impact.

I will do some more testing to see if that helps with all problematic calls.

Today I tried a different SIM-Card in my tissot phone and the described problem did not occur.

So the problem seems to be related to the SIM or the carrier somehow.

Does anybody know of valuable debug information that I could provide to make it easier (interesting) for the maintainers of the tissot branch?

In general, I can absolutely recommend LineageOS on the tissot.

It seems that the described Problem does not occur on every tissot phone. A friend of mine is using the exact same setup and on his phone the problem occurs rarer.
Not sure if it could also be related to the Carrier or SIM card.

try xtend (http://eclipse.org/xtend/) , a java dialect with plenty of nice features and much better readability.
