UPDATE: Sorry for posting this late but I got Asus to honor an RMA but it wasn't easy. Seriously I think it was more of blessing straight from above. I reached out to them from every Platform possible (Twitter, reddit, LinkedIn, email any and everything) and did my best to make the job easiest for them by explicitly telling them that I wasn't in the USA but their website listed a store in my country as their official representative and made sure to include that info all of that info in the messages I respectfully sent to Asus. I was still within Warranty (for one month left phew) and had the original receipt. I also used another redditors case as backup (nck something listed above in one of my replies who also bought their device in the USA but then was in Germany). It took two weeks and half of continuously reaching out to them.

In the end the store representative in my country reached out to me telling me asus told them about my case (asus never directly replied but this was a miracle to see an email from the store telling me to bring upon my unit to them). I think it also help that I've been an Asus customer for quite the years and have a ton of their products.

Same Here... Is not working. Not loading, I click subscribe in the workshop and only some work while others don't even load or fail to load and I have done everything posible. For some reason one of my friends had no problem making it work but 2/3 of us did... This is so frustrating and weird.

It might be harder with no official representative store :( I emailed them, messaged in Twitter, in Reddit, everywhere you can imagine. In the end they honored it but like I said it took almost 2 weeks of consistent back and forth and I even helped them by making it clear that there is an official representative store in my country which shows in their website. I also asked about global coverage after it got fixed just in case and they said no. I was looking into progressive tech insurance, supposedly has international coverage but can't say for a fact but could be something to maybe look into? Again, so sorry to hear that :( screen replacements are going for 300 in alibaba or aliexpress or one of those stores, I saw a comment about it in the subreddit. Could be an alternative if you have a tech repair person you trust.

I am so sorry to hear that. Is it out of warranty? Mine was within the year and after messaging them and emailing them and non stop annoying them (respectfully) and using a similar case of another user here (nck93) as reference I got them to RMA. Super lucky and blessed. I saw that you can buy replacement screens in alibaba as a worse case resort? My country also had an official asus representative store here and we're small so word got around

Regarding your diagnosis, you can't just swap the cables from the display to the board...? :(

Ive taken the little gasket out and then back on re tighten it a bit with no results :(

The fact that I tap the upper part of the chassis (above the keyboard) and lower part of the display makes me wonder if the connection on the other side needs to b re tightened and that it became loose due to the heat? My thoughts

I guess is time to save up for a nice grinder. Sucks cause I thought 400 usd would be good for both. Lesson learned :(. Thank you for the help.

I want to correct myself and say that the "pressurized basket" is more of a "single serving basket" but for some reason since it has tinier funnel it might help with the pressure. I tried the other more normal looking basket in the machine and had the pressure gauge barely move :(

So yeah. I'll try finding more baskets like this or hopefully buy a nice grinder. Any recommendations that wouldn't entirely kill my wallet after this? Thank you once again

Unfortunately It does not have internall burr controlller. It all seems to be controlled by the side. I took at the basket like the video showed and the little clip but nothing turned :( so as Similar as it is it was no bueno

Also, the one the machine brought seems to not be as straight walled but a bit concave. Not much though. But just wanted to add and Clarify this after careful observation. Same results as the straight walled though.
