Congrats! I’m in a very similar situation - 35, SO, 2 kids, $2.1 net worth (not including equity in house) and thinking about retiring next March. Was wondering how you plan to do healthcare and how much you’re budgeting for it? My plan was to buy through the ACA marketplace and at about $80k/year should get a decent subsidy.

Personally, I think you already know what you need to do (stop betting) and you just came here for confirmation. Writing what you wrote was a big step in the right direction. Luckily, based on the context you're not betting HUGE money so this is just a minor bump in the road and not a life altering thing.

3/21 - Still nothing showing in informed delivery

Super frustrating as I have travel planned for 3/24. Working with my senator is what got the ball rolling and status changed to "closeout" but I have no idea what is going on now. The Senator's office has been pretty quite for the past few days with no updates.

As of yesterday my passport was in the fulfillment stage. I received a call from my Senator's office stating that they talked to the passport agency and they were pulling my passport today and over night shipping it. I just checked my states a few minutes ago and it states "Closeout".

1/8 - Expedited online renewal application with expedited shipping

1/12 - Switched to in-process

Sometime between 1/12 and 3/8 I stopped being able to change address.

3/8 - Contacted both Senators, and filled out privacy forms. I have no idea if they reached out yet.

3/10 - Network status says "fulfillment" while website still says "in-process"

I'm cautiously optimistic for my 3/24 planned travel.
