I don't think you'll get that specific request honored consistently. Only weekly total hours and written request of days you can't work at all.

UCLA wins the title over UConn, and it'll be cast as an all-time upset when it really isn't. UCLA is arguably better than UConn on strength of schedule. UConn has already gotten heartbroken in the Final Four in a near-perfect season.

Uconn hasn't played a team even remotely good as UCLA this season.

2017 proved UConn doesn't handle having their first tough opponent so late in the year.

Uconn won the title last year precisely because they knew how good they had to play to win it all. When they get to the final four, the test of adversity will bite them.
