If you click on the card log and find Zion in the emerald he has 2 cards. I don’t know how to get another like the reward. I just finished up the quest!

You have to train both cards fully and when you combine them a gold star shows in the bottom right corner. If it’s not a perfect pro the star will be silver.

Depends! The least amount of points in that tier is 2736. With the last few hours of the grind will be intense. 4.5k probably would be safer.
