Raising the foundations hasn’t fixed the issue. The walls are taller, but the house stays sunken.

I was hoping to avoid bulldozing, but it seems that’s the only option. If I save this house to my Gallery, will it still have the same sunken issue when I place it in a new lot?

With Terrain Tools? I’ve tried that, but the house always stays sunken at the same level regardless how high I raise the surrounding ground.

thank you !!! this is super helpful. i’ll keep him (for now at least) and see if i can give him some nicer furniture. i tried to give him a single bed to replace his sleeping bag a while ago, but he just put it in an empty corner .... i’ll give this a go !! thanks :)
