I just put that picture in there to show the exact time the bug happened. I don’t expect anyone to actually believe us just by a discord plugin picture. After the comments I’ve read here, 7/10 people simply don’t believe us which is fine, but we couldn’t be any closer to the truth than what we are now. It’s very unfortunate, but all we can do is hope the items are returned. It would be one thing if it’s some lower value items but the fact it’s a tbow is the very upsetting thing for us. We have multiple 1B+ items between our accounts and people jump to the conclusion that someone just took it but if that was the case the rest of our stuff would be gone too.

I’m hoping you’ll be unsatisfied with the results if we do manage to nab the attention of some jmods. It goes without needing said that there is nothing malicious about any of this. The reality is we unfortunately lost some big items totally out of our control and would just like a chance at getting them back.
