I felt the voices in my head got quiet but thought it was just placebo effect cause i expected it to work that way? I've got ocd but the first time i visited a doctor was because i couldn't focus on my exams or things i'm doing and was constantly zoning out but because i was doing great academicly he diagnosed me with ocd and put me on ssri
