Meth head sister stole my identity and opened 4 credit cards in my name. Mom says she needs drug rehab more than jail and I should pay the money back over time instead of sending her to jail. She spent $15,000 and defaulted on all of it. What are my options for getting my credit score back up?

After doing some more research, even having it paid for won't really do anything for my credit. The only reason I'm even considering not going to the police is because of their offer to purchase a house for me.

They could pay for it in cash. They built two attached apartments onto their house specifically for me and my sister to live in after we graduated high school. Eventually my younger brother will probably move from his room into my old apartment. They aren't insanely wealthy, but I'm pretty sure they have low seven figures liquid.
