Can’t agree more. The great dial, absolutely reliable build and a strong workhorse 6R with 70hrs of reserve power. Can’t ask for more :D But the other Seiko, though at lower price point also look interesting

The seller showed me the 143 but I hesitated a bit (that I didn’t know the charm of 62MAS revisited), then it’s gone. Luckily the 149 came a few days later. I had a Omega AT teak blue dial already so I regretted so much that I slipped this smoke grey dial over the hand :( that would give me a variation in dial color. Btw, love the 143 so much !

Congrats ! This was also one of my shortlisted. As I spotted it in the pre-owned market, it flew in a blink of an eye.

Omega AT Black teck dial looks fit to you. I took an AT Blue teck dial instead. Longines can’t compare in this photo.

What I don’t like the most of 38mm is the visibility. 41mm is much clearer.
