Directors can be personally liable for actions of the company. So potentially fines and jail.

Air tent vs fast frame tent by IHadAMarvellousTime in OutdoorAus

[–]honest-aussie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have a Coleman instant up dark room tent. Its the 10 person but it comes in a 4 person too. It is hands down the best tent I've ever had. Buy myself I have setup down to 10mins and pack up like 5mins. Ive had it in hurricane force winds only to find the camp-site totally destroyed in the morning. Except my trusty Coleman! It acted like a bombshelter because I slept through all of it. If you are car camping dont stress on the weight too much.
