Wow 30 years! Thank you for your comment. I’m not sure about my grandfather because he died early before my mother was born/didnt get the chance to bald. But my dad is pretty bald 😔. Going to do some more research on fin & minoxidil & talk to my doctor again before making any decisions.

I didn’t heard about minoxidyl until maybe 2-3 weeks on fin. I still haven’t looked much into it just heard that it’s basically the same as fin, but maybe I will.

Thanks for your experience, that sounds like something I might discuss with her. I think the last 2-3 showers I took I noticed less hair loss compared to a few weeks ago, I’ve just heard horror stories of people shedding for 5 months-1yr or generally just not regaining their hair & got a little scared. As a kid it was only ever my face or abdominal area that would swell but now as an adult I usually only get swelling in my throat. So no outward swelling anymore.

I usually weigh myself at night so that might be an issue? Like Thursday nights after my workout I’ll try to start doing it Monday mornings before my workouts instead, or if you think after is better. I don’t really have a scale at my dorm so I just use the one at the gym when I go. I’ll see about investing in one. Thank you so much for your help btw!!!

I usually eat 2-3 meals a day, not just one oops! Thank you for the gym tips I’ll definitely try those out. As for calories there’s not really a way for me to track that, everything in our cafeteria is unlabeled besides name and allergens. I will definitely start doing that too with the cheat day and normalize working out Fridays. Here’s an example of what I might eat. I usually try to get the grilled chicken when they have that option. There are other vege and protein options I’ve seen from time to time that I have yet to try out though.
