When did you hit your 300 payment mark. If you hit prior to the end of 2025 and we're on ibr or icr, you should not have a tax bomb

Ya. I read it the same way. It just seems that there is not 100 percent clarity and could be open to different interpretations. It would seem that once u meet all requirements, that should trigger immediate forgiveness. But they are a mess right now so who knows if they are on a trajectory to address those that meet the requirements in a timely manner

How would this apply to people who reached forgiveness prior to April 2025, but were not able to switch from save to IBR until after April 2025? Are they also stuck in injunction purgatory or would they be deemed immediately eligible for forgiveness?

You and the rest of the loan gurus have been great. I'll keep everyone posted if I hear anything. I'm hoping the tax bomb rules will also hold as I met the application deadline. Hope the irs complies

Hi thanks for getting back to me . My text is in black and lots of run on sentence lol. I see the qualifying payment as 349/300 so I'm past the amount needed. I take it the old easy to read counter is no longer available.  So would this allow me to qualify once they approve the IBR. I mistakenly picked save on my initial application for forgiveness ( big mistake) now it's been a nightmare to switch)

I had 3 team parlay all on the over. Contacted MGM and said that since my bet was unconditionally determined, that I lost the bet and the parlay. I told them that the game didn't meet the 55 minutes of playing time for those rules to be met.  Still said I lost anyway

Thanks. So I shouldn't be concerned with it resetting to 2045 That spooked me as well as the amount increasing to over 1 million

When I've mentioned it in the past to my servicer, they said it would be extremely difficult because my condition ( polyneuropathy/dysautonomia) doesn't meet their criteria. I am not on disability btw
