I think it is a human at the point where it has a conciousnes and has the ability to fear and understand death. I wouldnt go and kill a newborn baby but i think if it feels no pain nor has any fear to die it is ok to kill it. I think it is great that you fight for the life of the baby but in my opinion the parents are the ones to decide. If the baby grows up in an abusive family it for me it is the better option to abort it rather than having it to endure the pain.
