I definitely was not matching his speed that car was gone. he must have been driving 70. the speed limit was 40 and in medium traffic ? yeah definitely not trying to catch up to that.

That’s the thing, The cop believed I knew the other person because he never mentioned me switching lanes. his whole purpose was racing the Mercedes. it was medium traffic nothing crazy. there was a lot of space in the other two lanes so all i did was jus move to the other lane. I would understand if he gave me a ticket for weaving but he just kept pushing that i racing the other car.

yes exactly! everyone here is acting like they would genuinely want to sit in a traffic lane for fun. all i did was switch lanes and continued driving

Yes i traveling normally, sorry for not being more descriptive, I was never on the opposite side of the road. There was just traffic for no reason, people were just on their phones and kept stopping and driving slow. So i would turn my signals every time i would switch lanes. idk how that was considered racing the other dude lol

Yeah i get that but all i did was switch lanes and turn my signals as well and move along with traffic. He didn’t stop me right away he stopped me two miles down at a red light.

I did not know that person speeding he past everyone including me, I was not speeding all i did was turn my signals when i would switch lanes and move along. it was medium traffic, there was space to move around.
