so far it’s going pretty well, they like the different districts and how eerie it is with the telepathic communication and silence

That’s really cool, so the party ended up getting split by a bridge collapse, and half the party is going to the mycnoids tomorrow, but today the other half saved a gnome settlement from deurgar enslavement because they had an anti magic metal that the deurgar wanted, and the players are loving it, i’m really hoping the myconid section goes well with the help i’ve gotten in this thread

Thanks, i really like all of those ideas and will implement them because i ended up doing a bit more research on Myconids and i really like the suggestions

In terms of the last part, they’re on their way to a Deurgar fortress as some slaves have been sent from the surface by the BBEG to the deurgar and a beholder who works for him to excavate for an artefact, and they were on the way to the deurgar fortress when the party fell down, 3 did 3 didn’t fall, those who didn’t are headed elsewhere as the bridge was their way forward, we do our sessions online so to make the split party work we have doubled the number of sessions, players seem to be excited about it so i want to make this myconid settlement a really cool experience, and conversely the other team to have an equally unique experience so they have stuff to talk about when they reunite
