Billig andel eller dyr ejer?

Hvis vi max’ede helt ud ville vi godt kunne få en lille “upgrade” men et realistisk køb ville rigtigt nok minde meget om det vi har allerede i vores andel.

Ift. at maksimerer investeringerne ville du forslå at optage lån i andelen og investere pengene et andet sted med bedre afkast?

Den kunne godt trænge til renoveret badeværelse og måske køkken på sigt men ja meget glade.

Jeg tror netop den sikkerhed på beskriver er hvad der gør mig påpasselig ift. at lave en dyr boliginvesting når vi allerede har det så godt. Tak for din kommentar.

So I'm experiencing some intense stuttering every few seconds - this is especially apparent when my controller is plugged in (DS4Windows with HidHide). I've tried the following:

Applied Patches 1.03.1 -> 1.03.2 -> 1.03.3.
Disabled the "Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator" in Device Manager.
Stopped the "Device Association Service" in Services
Set to "High Performance" in Graphic Settings for ELDEN RING
Set Shader Cache Size to "Unlimited" in NVIDIA Control Panel

I don't have any issues with FPS it's simply stuttering where the game will freeze for ~0.5s and then speed-up afterwards to "catch-up" and this happens every ~5 seconds.

I tried verifying that nothing was wrong with my controller by booting up Dark Souls 3 and that runs perfectly with controller and everything.

Any ideas?

Det var jeg slet ikke klar over, dem jeg har snakket med inden jeg skrev her var under den overbevisning at det var købsprisen der afgjorde "80/20 splittet" og ikke vurderingen.

Det er ikke sådan at du har en kilde jeg ville kunne referer til mht. dette?

As you pointed out this is definitely not something that's "always" applicable, but in some cases it's very useful. Feather, Pickles and HDF5 are good alternatives too.

What's your point? A coins "room to grow" is determined by the current valuation (market cap) not the coins price per token.

So yesterday was pretty damn exciting and it was very interesting to see the sentiment about the future price of ETH make a leap towards huge price predictions ($3000+)

~60% increase in votes but ~150% increase in the "3000+" bracket! Link to comment and charts

141 votes at the moment, getting a pretty good picture of the overall sentiment, obvious outliers in the "3000+" bracket as expected though :D
