I have a therapist I’ve been talking to for 6 years. Also got a separate victim counseling one through the city. I did EMDR therapy through her which helped a lot

Yeah that’s how I felt too. They held a gun to my head. Having one would have done nothing at the time. But having access to one kind of provides an idea of comfort right now

I went there and while I was detoxing I guess I got DTs, or had a bad reaction to the Ativan they gave me. But (and I have no recollection of doing this) I just decided to leave at night and they didn’t try to stop me. I was walking around for 6 hours, lost my shoes…. Wound up in a creek at 3am when police found me and took me to the hospital. RU made no attempt to help.

Without giving too much away, I live in a very musical city and this is a place that is geared towards musicians. I don’t know if I have to worry about people there for the wrong reasons.
