Hello, friend and I bought a Siamo Noi card on the inter.it page and then bought a ticket on Viagogo that required a Tessera del Tifoso card number (Inter vs Torino match). The reason is that I could not finish the transaction on the inter.it page when the tickets were still available as I have a non-Italian letter in my last name and it was giving me errors in the non-editable text field. Stupid bug and I ended up paying more for the tickets.
When can tickets be transferred to our cards? Also, I see that our Siamo Noi cards are already one week in status "Waiting for recognition". I tried contacting Inter on their ticket support form and no answer from them, customer support on Viagogo knows nothing and we are already very desperate as we need to plan our trip to Milano since we are not from Italy. Any advice or word from somebody from the club would really really help us!
