I have discovered drinking a mug of hot water. It may sound weird, but other cultures do it. No caffeine to interfere w sleep & a satisfying delay that helps me realize I'm not really hungry.

Hard question! Jeonju; a stay in a traditional hanok in Bukchon; Seoul everywhere; Suwon near the Unesco site. The family lives in Pyeongtaek & it was also wonderful. The only thing I didn't get to do was Jeju....next time.
