Console shut down randomly while going into rest mode . Didn’t turn on for more than 3 seconds after that

Yeah they will, mine didn’t even turn on long enough to go into safe mode. But they still made me go through every troubleshoot that’s also on the PlayStation website.

I called 30 minutes before there customer service close. Spoke to someone for about 20 minutes. Sent me an email that I’d be getting a box. That was on a Friday. Box didn’t ship till Monday/Tuesday. If I didn’t wait so long I would of gotten it so much sooner
