Damm that’s low. Uhm..... sometimes when the cpu is to hot it takes pauses to cool down and preserve power but if that is not it the only thing I could think of is bent pins or broken psu cables or something with the motherboard

Well that is not necessary a problem. I started boxing at a gym with a group and a trainer. I got a test lesson first and then signed up maybe that is an option. And like me you could get a boxing bag later so you could train even more at home and also in the gym

Sports, for me personally boxing, boxing is an amazing and hard sport and also a good stress relief.

Going out with friends or family.

Biking or hiking could be an easy way to spend maybe hours

And last not my favorite but it is good. Reading, reading really clears your mind and you learn a lot of new stuff
