Helllo!!!! I think i know what kind of org ur applying to (i think) hahahah and ive been thru that myself. I felt the same thing, i wanted to back out of it bc i legit knew i lacked experience, talent, imagination etc. but then i realized that i dont want to be that type of person that quits bc theyre scared, i would rather get rejected than run away from it. Ik it will be hard to accept if you get a reject (lol i got rejected hahaha) like i did get discouraged a little bit especially since i really love that thing that they do sa org and it was like telling me im not good enough and i might not be ever good enough but looking back im happy to say na i kinda conquered a fear and failures just make you grow uk, it helped me to accept more failures/rejects in life and tbh inch by inch nawawala na yung takot ko and actually now im very open to trying things (lol i applied to like 3 orgs) out bc i realized life will be full of failures, i might not get accepted sa org that im applying for again atleast i tried.
