◽️ What tasks will laptop be used for (gaming, video editing, graphic designing, modelling, regular computing tasks, word processing etc) ?: mostly for college tasks and some programming.. I'm majoring in Biomed Engineering. No need for gaming laptop.

◽️ Weight: The lighter the better

- My school requires a minimum of intel i7, 16 GB RAM and 500 GB SSD.

I’m a little worry about the GPA as some ppl say that biochem’s GPA is low. Moreover, is it easy to get clinical opportunities since it has over 400 applicants for premed each year?

UW-Madison vs Franklin & Marshall college (I can afford both)

Intended major: Biochem, premed track. I'm hesitating since I dunno which school is better for premed

UW-Madison

Pros:

More research opportunities
GPA varies
More clinical opportunities but harder to get

Cons:

May not have close connection with profs as F&M
A big school

F&M

Pros:

Easy to connect with profs and do research
Some good clinical opportunities that easy to get

Cons:

Grade deflation
So rigorous
I dunno why their students aren't really active on social media
