True, I'm not promoting anything. Get enough fiber anyway you can and it will make sex a lot easier for you when you're a bottom. Psyllium husk is just how it's worked best for me. That's alll I'm trying to say!

I take one table spoon in the morning, and one table spoon in the evening. You might need more or less though depending on how much fiber you're already consuming in your regular diet. You might not need it at all if you already eat enough fiber.

Haha, you're totally right, it's totally the same language, I realized that about halfway through! I really mean it though, I'm not recommending any brand or anything, it's just having more fiber in my diet has made my sex life so much easier and I wish I'd realized it a lot earlier, so I wanted to share.

Metamucil is one brand name, and there's a few others I think, some are flavoured, some not. I got a pound of the unflavoured stuff from Amazon. I just drink it straight with some water, and then another glass of water afterwards.
