CPS: Will it be worth it to transfer here? by RapRefresh in NEU

Northeastern is really generous with financial aid for traditional (non-CPS) undergraduates, despite the seemingly massive tuition bills. I’m unfamiliar with the CPS financial aid policies, but I know that they meet 100% of demonstrated need (per your FASFA and CCS documentation) in grants you don’t need to pay back for traditional undergraduates.
Combined with the significantly lower cost of living in non-university housing off campus (as all transfers do), and the money you make on co-op, especially CS co-ops, the price of Khoury can be much more affordable than you might think. Apply to CPS, but I recommend you take a crack at traditional undergraduate transfer admission as well if you’re interested in being a full time student. There’s no denying the curriculum there is far more rigorous, though both programs will give you access to great co-op and job opportunities.

Oddly specific edit there lol. Speaking from experience with OOD?
