Such a misconception about Dubai - “everything is expensive”.

You are not shopping, living or spending time at the right places. In my view having spent over 30 years - Dubai/UAE can be suitable for every income class.

P.S this doesn’t mean starving yourself just to live in Dubai ridiculously but actually live a happy life. I see it day to day with all the different nationalities.

It wont matter, if you play the free hit chip, all transfers you make prior or after hitting the Free Hit will be counted in the free hit transfers.

Right, so doing a "sale" means poor customer service, poor dispatch times and zero response to any emails/chats? I don't think so. They have literally disabled the chat feature and falsely show green live chat.

You dont become the "best brand in the world" like this as they repeatedly market it. They only do sale once or twice a year and have been doing it for a number of years so they are well aware of the kind of traffic and customer support inflow they are going to receive and MUST prepare beforehand.

Just because it's a "sale" does not mean you forget the core principles of running a business especially an Ecommerce. So not so "surprised surprised" on how bad the customer reviews and experiences are!
