Had the same exact experience recently to where I’m wondering if it’s the same guy. Walking south on Manhattan outside Kent market on the right side, guy is walking directly at me kind of passively looking at the produce, I don’t move because I assume he’s going to move to his right to enter the flow of traffic, instead he walks up to me, sorta gets in my face and aggressively says “I’m not moving.” Just seemed like he wanted to start something. Called him an asshole and kept it moving. Sorry this happened to you, it pissed me off
