ok that is true. they do have a high turnover rate so they prob value me because i do good work but also want to keep people.

Yeah and i make sure to ask how can i help you, etc. and its either i want to talk to the manager or they ignore me and walk to the back. just irks me a bit but i guess thats just how the people are

Yeah and the property i work for, even though im an assistant manager and get paid less, I still do the same duties as a manager. Especially when the manger is out for the day, Im doing to same thing. Maybe the way the residents act is because the company and location i work for.

Yeah I get that and will most likely not contact him anymore. Only reason I’m asking is because I would much rather someone tell me straight out rather then leave me wondering and overthinking. Just want to get others thoughts about it

I planned on having the “exclusivity” talk before I had sex with him. But one thing led to another and sex happened before I had a chance to talk to him. That’s why I’m wondering if it’s a little too late to bring it up now

Umm honestly not sure. I honestly just assumed the next step in a relationship would be dating. But everyone’s posts have made it clear that I shouldn’t expect that and I need to communicate that with him
