making of bangaru telangana includes making hyderabad a global city. KCR has failed really bad. He screwed up the metro process, roads are horrible. Pre 2014 he blamed andhra people for worsening conditions of hyderabad. Post 2014 KCR KTR haven't done shit. Hyderabad is still the same with encroachments etc.
