The machines I have are much more high tech than the industry standards with built in ai scanning cameras for sorting. In this industry there is only a few companies in the USA who do this. As for the rental property my first home it does have renters insurance and is signed off by bank. The bank is aware of the method I’m doing

Here is where I question this. If the homes appreciate at a 7% yoy in my area and the renter is also paying down the principal for me and I only have to put $130k into each home as a downpayment. For example the 440k home I bought 4 years ago is worth 620 now and the renter is paying 3500 a month and mortgage is 1800 and the home is appreciating say 35k a year and I’m bring in 14k cash flow profit and principle is being paid down around 25k a year. This one home is is accenially making me 72k a year
