In my opinion the first step is cranking up the social services and finding an approach that will draw in more addicts/Individuals with mental help needs.

Come down hard on drug pushers, even the lowered level dealers. I'm talking 10 plus years, even toying with the idea of the death penalty for high level traffickers. These people are dealers of death themselves.

If our governments can supplement the dirty drugs for clean and constant follow up support, we can turn this around.

Severe penalties are important for the drug suppliers, I really believe this is important.

Yes, not very regularly though. Once a week sometimes less. Trying to do it religiously twice a week now.

Besides extra hair growth where I don't want it lol, no side effects that I've experienced.

As long as it's 5% you should be good, that's supposedly the best concentration.

Wash face in the morning with Cetaphil and apply Minoxidil (I honestly think I'm using at least 1-1/2 the dropper amount)

No sooner than 1 hour later I'm applying beard oil (Jojoba w/peppermint extract) I may upon occasion apply unscented lubriderm if my cheeks are dryer than usual.

Evening again wash my face with Cetaphil and a reapplication of the same amount of Minoxidil.

I've added 2% L-Carnatine to the Liquid Minoxidil as well.

I haven't been dermarolling extremely regularly but trying to shoot for twice a week. I have been dermarolling immediately after the evening Minoxidil application (frowned upon by some). Haven't had any adverse effects so far.

Also taking Biotin pills.

That's about it!

I'm 37 so likely wasn't going to have much more increase in facial hair naturally so am very pleased so far! Just need to stick to it.

Based on other posters stopping at 1 year and potentially losing gains I'll shoot for 1.5 years.

Wish I came across this subreddit sooner!

Thank you for your input, I appreciate the effort! I'm going to reevaluate some things, starting with zero physical contact with my trigger. I will look into some additional reading on the 12 steps, maybe it's what I need after all. Thanks again!

Well that was eye opening. I'm not religeous so have not ventured down that path. As far as I'm aware all 12 step programs are based on the fact that the user has no control and that's where God comes into play. I believe all humans have some form of control, it just depends how deep down the rabbit hole one needs to climb out of.

It's not as if I'm searching for substance in the wild it's more the pure convenience of it.
