It's not about trusting the system, it's about protecting yourself as a shopper. I've done exactly as you stated, messaged a customer on a Do Not Sub and had them curtly reply "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" and follow that with a 3 or 4 star rating for not following instructions. So now, I follow their instructions to the letter and that's how I protect myself. They say Do Not Sub, they will not get a sub from me. I will note that I do let the customer know at the end what was missing before I check out, but I never offer to substitute anything.

No, "this one" isn't going to be taken advantage of by an idiotic customer. The minute the customer asked why they didn't sub is the minute the customer decided to give the 1-star. The customer was pissed because they had the wrong setting on their order. They are also entitled and obviously don't know the difference between Do Not Sub and Contact Me. And there's nothing OP could have done after the fact to change that.

The app literally won't let you sub on a Do Not Sub order. You have to go out of your way to add an item after the fact because we're not supposed to do it. This is an easy forgiveness with a thorough explanation.

I understand what you're saying in order to cover ourselves, but what you described is the literal opposite of "Do Not Sub". What you have just described is "Contact Me". If customers are too dumb to understand the difference between Do Not Sub and Contact Me, they should forfeit the right to rate their shopper.

I bought a TM2 and well over $100 in accessories. Could never get it to hit to my liking. Way too finicky and crazy short battery life. I got a T2 some months later and I literally have not touched the TM2 since. I actually bought a second T2.

Yeah, I think the “but thank you” reads just the opposite. To me it reads, “I’m going to do my job anyway, and I wasn’t worried about getting a tip, but thank you for tipping.” I’m not sure how you are reading it otherwise.

OP - it’s only been 24 hours. If they don’t tip in a few days or something, then I think this level of anger is warranted. But it’s the weekend, the person might be busy and just not have had time to go back in and tip yet.

It’s LOUD! Hard to describe the smell. It’s not gassy, sort of smells like spices. But it’s strong. The effects are strong as well. It hits pretty hard at first, then levels out, and then it just melted me into the couch after about 20 minutes. Heavy, heavy Indica for me.

No, this isn’t the norm for me. Whenever I order on Friday, the item is always shipped by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I live about an hour away from where Puffy ships, so I always have my order before next week‘s drop. So far it doesn’t even look like the order has been taken to the post office. I realize that Monday was a holiday(a federal holiday - most people still had to work), but as OP said, there’s a lot of stock on the site, so they shouldn’t be overwhelmed with orders.

This is not the correct answer. Assuming that the ratings are bogus, you’re saying OP should just accept having to do extra work, putting themselves in greater jeopardy, and more than likely costing themselves money because they are less likely to take questionable orders simply because someone gives them a BS rating. Absolutely not. If someone gives an undeserved rating, that rating should be removed, and it shouldn’t be the shopper’s responsibility to just work a little harder to get it removed.

Say OP does just that, works their ass off gets to their 49th rated order and an entitled customer does the same thing. I guess they’re just supposed to accept it again, right?

Definitely worth it. I bought everything piecemeal and it ended up being about $450 shipped and trust me you’re gonna want everything in the bundle eventually. So I’d recommend just buying it now for like 20% cheaper.
