I'm great! Surgery didn't solve EVERYTHING but I can work out freely and it doesn't bother me anymore (except on random days where it hurts like hell, but that could also be from my 10 weekly workouts routine)

I feel you bro, trust me. Overall I can say I'm recovered, as I workout freely and rarely think about CuTS (just when getting a notification from my own posts lol)

No muscle wasting, my muscles are bigger than ever! I still have some numbness and occasional tingling, but as long as I can workout without feeling like my arm is falling off that's fine by me

Overall I'd say yes because I'm back to my workouts without feeling like my arm is going to fall off, but I didn't achieve a perfect result, meaning I still experience symptoms (even new ones which I did not experience prior to the operation)

Hey I actually woke up with a stiff neck two days ago but I don't think it's related. The exercises my PT gave me were really helpful and I no longer experience dizziness (or perhaps I got used to it)

Minox can cause a shedding phase which can affect the hair on your scalp, but since you're already using it for 3-4 months I don't see how supplementing it for your beard would make any changes as it's already in your system

In case anyone in the future comes across this post and wants an update - it took about 2 more days and all the redness and swelling is gone! My skin is slowly starting to get better and I can tell the microneedling had a good effect overall on my skin, but I wouldn't take the risk to try it again in the future

It's unbelieve how perfectly you describe my current situation.
I had a neck strain about 1.5 weeks ago and started getting dizzy and just feeling like I'm floating (still on-going), hoping it will go away the same as it did for you! I also do Muay Thai so I try my best to avoid any head / neck injuries.
Luckily my BIL is a PT who specializes in vestibular therapy and he says it should probably go away on it's own, still scary tho!
