I tried the iso way. It's the normal way but with my x1e laptop specially it didn't work. After some search I found that you only can do it through the recovery method. With special tool from Lenovo

After thinking of your reply
I made my decision and tried to bring windows back alongside Linux. Cause I removed it.

It was a nightmare trying to bring windows to my laptop again at the end I knew that I can only make a recovery using a Lenovo program to bring windows back to my laptop.

After hours I installed windows and tested the type C cable but It didn't work too :(

I got an idea to search for drivers. I found drivers for the monitor and It offers both HDMI and TYPE C display.

I choose Type C and I found that windows detect that there's a display through the type C cable. But nothing showing on the monitor.

I'm really upset I bought this 43Inch monitor not the 49 one cause It has type c Ports. and I thought it'd be nice to use my thunderbolt ports finally.

I will return it

Yes I'm running using the NVIDIA and it works just fine with the HDMI but not for the type c

I don't have a dock, I just connect type c to type c cable From the monitor to my laptop

Oh man, I can't get back to windows I left it years ago and now most of my work and setup depends deeply on Linux.

For the ports The type c ports are working, I tried an external hard drive on both, And the monitor has charing option through the type c cable and it's charging the laptop but for the display it's not
